PikaPackaging ships orders from both our U.S. fulfillment locations and our facilities in China, depending on product availability, customization requirements, order quantity, and the customer’s delivery address.

Orders Shipped from the United States
For products available at our U.S. fulfillment locations, estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after the order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier service, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

Orders Shipped from China
Certain products, especially customized or made-to-order packaging, may be produced and shipped directly from China. After dispatch, standard delivery to the United States typically takes approximately 7–15 business days. Express shipping options may be available for eligible orders.

Production & Processing Time
Please note that the shipping times above refer to transit time only and do not include production, customization, proof approval, or order processing time. Custom packaging orders may require additional production time depending on the product, quantity, printing method, materials, and level of customization. Your estimated production timeline will be shown on the product page, provided in your quotation, or confirmed by our team before production begins.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Delays caused by customs clearance, severe weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside PikaPackaging’s control may affect the final delivery date.
